We do our best to ensure every order is handled with care from start to finish. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing & Production Time

• All orders are made to order and may take up to 5 business days to produce.

• If you’ve requested a digital preview (proof), please note that reviewing and requesting edits will extend production time.

• On average, most orders are completed and shipped within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $8.99

• Expedited Shipping: $25

• Free Shipping: Orders over $70 qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. only).

Transit Time

Once your order leaves our studio, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Updates

You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. If your package hasn’t arrived after 7 business days from the shipping date, please contact us so we can help look into it.
